Amen! Especially self-help books and the rise of Life Coaches- as if there is a cookie cutter approach to success and it is fine for everyone! Some of the Life-Coaches I personally know are disasters walking around just repeating the words learnt from their Life-Coach courses lmao! The comment about Dopamine hit is so appropriate in the times we live in!
