Kudos on a brilliant article!
This one makes me laugh: "If you can DREAM it, you can DO it." —Walt Disney.
Ok, dreams and a vision are crucial. However, so is the ever-changing business environment, appreciating and capitalising on gaps in the marketplace, personal contacts, barriers to entry and exit, rent-seeking behaviour by incumbent actors and so on.
Then there is being too early in executing the dream: e.g. the (impressive) Nokia 9000 communicator smartphone released in 1996. The Sega Channel on-demand gaming service was made available in 1994. And the Bell Labs picture phone where people could look at each other while talking on the phone in the 1960s- Video Conferencing is not so new after all!
As we can see accomplishing a dream has many moving parts that need to come together for one to just "Do it".
I especially loved your last point (15)!
Apart from examining and re-inventing new ways to work, think, live, travel, transact, interact and so on, the wheel itself was actually re-invented a couple of times recently :-):

Cheers, and I look forward to reading more of your work,
